| Rasberry cake with buttercream icing and white chocolate |
Ok so no, this is not a skinny cake, but I think for special occasions, it is okay to indulge in some buttery icing! This beautiful cake was from Jocelyn's Provisions in Brisbane. It tasted as gorgeous as it looks.... I still have a piece in my freezer :) I think it looks particularly nice with the pink roses on top.
